Mulberry House grew out of years of work most people never saw — designing privately for a small, loyal clientele who knew that what they wanted couldn’t be found on a shop floor. Everything here has passed through Paul’s hands and his judgement before it reaches the floor. Nothing is here by accident. This is where that work finally opens its doors.

What you'll find with us

We’re a boutique interiors and furniture shop in Ballincollig, founded by interior designer Paul Coffey. The furniture, the lighting, the carpets, the wall decor, the finishing touches — all of it is selected by eye, never simply stocked.

We seek out fine furnishings and the work of artisan designers and makers, adding new stock and new stockists every month. So the collection is always moving, always growing, and never generic. If something sits in Mulberry House, it’s because it earned its place.

01

Curated, not catalogued

Every piece is hand-picked by Paul. Furniture chosen, not just listed — the difference you feel the moment you walk in.

02

New finds, monthly

Fresh stock and new artisan stockists added every month. Fine furnishings and maker’s pieces you won’t see everywhere.

03

Look books & advice

A monthly look book, a blog, and shoppable room looks — practical inspiration and honest advice for dressing a space well.

More than a shop — a service

Picking the right piece is one thing. Knowing how it all comes together is another. That’s where Paul and the team come in. We’re available for consultancy on single rooms, full homes, the careful renewal of old houses, and the styling of new builds — from the smallest detail to the largest project.

We’re not chasing trends. We’re building rooms you’ll still love in ten years — places of pride and comfort, not just spaces that photograph well this season.

The thinking behind every room
