1. Delivery Areas & Times

Mulberry House delivers throughout the Republic of Ireland. Delivery times vary depending on product availability and location. Estimated delivery dates will be confirmed once your order has been processed. We will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.

All charges include VAT at the applicable rate and are confirmed at checkout and in your Order Confirmation.

3. Delivery Types

Furniture - Standard Delivery

Delivered by our logistics partner to the ground floor of your property (front door or entrance hallway). Our team will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery.

Furniture - White Glove Delivery

For larger items (sofas, beds, wardrobes, dining tables) we offer a White Glove service including delivery to your room of choice, placement, and removal of packaging. Please enquire at checkout or contact us. An additional charge may apply.

4. Access, Inspection & Your Responsibilities

      Ensure your access route (doorways, hallways, stairs, lifts) is sufficient to receive your order. Please check product dimensions before purchasing.

      Notify us in advance if your property has steps, narrow corridors, restricted parking, or other access challenges. Failure to do so may result in a redelivery charge if delivery cannot be completed safely.

      Inspect all items carefully before signing the delivery note. Signing confirms goods have been received in satisfactory condition.

      Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and reported in writing with photographs within 48 hours of delivery to info@mulberryhouse.ie.

5. Delivery Issues, Missed Deliveries & Storage

Missed or rescheduled deliveries

If you are unable to accept delivery on the agreed date, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to reschedule. Repeat failed deliveries or changes made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a redelivery fee.

Storage

If goods have arrived in our warehouse but you cannot accept delivery, we will store your goods free of charge for up to 4 weeks, provided full payment has been made within 7 days of notification. Storage beyond this period may be subject to a fee, which we will advise in advance.

Partial deliveries

Where an order contains items with different lead times, we will contact you to confirm whether you prefer items delivered as available or as a single consolidated delivery, at no additional charge.

Delays

In the event of unavoidable delays, we will notify you promptly with a revised delivery estimate. You retain all statutory rights in the event of late delivery.

 

 

Statutory notice: This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. You are entitled to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

 

 

 

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, if we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe and an additional reasonable deadline also passes, you are entitled to a full refund without deduction.
