Burley Coffee Table Oak

Natural oak, a round top, and a table that comes to the chairs.

What you're getting

• A 70cm round top in oak veneer, natural finish
• A solid oak base with the leg ends showing through the top
• 40cm high
• About 9kg, one flat-packed box
• Full assembly, with every tool supplied

This is the lightest of the three Burley finishes, natural oak with the grain left to show. It's a compact round, so it suits a smaller sitting room or a snug corner with two chairs, and it's light enough to bring over to wherever the drinks have ended up.

Is it real oak?

The base is solid oak; the top is oak veneer over MDF, in a natural finish.

Can I put it together myself?

Most people do. It arrives flat with all the tools, and the legs and top go together in one sitting.

Will a round table work in a narrow room?

Often better than a square one, since there are no corners to catch a shin on the way past. Measure the gap between sofa and wall first.

What else comes in this finish?

A matching side table, and the same design in black and in walnut.
