Two-tone oak veneer and black steel, drawers for the things you hide.

At dinner: the overflow table, with the ice bucket and the bottles that won't fit on the long table.
The rest of the time: the hall console, post and chargers in the drawers, a lamp on top.
When people stay: the landing table outside the spare room, with towels in one drawer and a bottle of water on top.

The Carbury is a two-drawer console from a collection in oak veneer: a black oak veneer body, white oak veneer drawer fronts, and black metal legs and handles. It's 110cm wide, 35cm deep and 80cm high, built in MDF, metal and wood, 24.5kg. The two tones are what make it: the light drawers lift the dark frame, and the black legs keep it looking slim.

Is it real oak?

Oak veneer over an MDF body, in black on the frame and white oak on the drawers, with black metal legs and handles. The veneer is where the grain comes from.

Would it suit a modern kitchen-diner?

Yes; the black metal and pale oak sit well with grey or white units, and the drawers take the serving spoons and napkins.

How much assembly?

Some assembly is required. It arrives in one box of 24.5kg.

Is there a matching piece?

The Carbury is part of a collection of living pieces in the same two-tone oak veneer and black metal. Ask us what else is in it.
