Craft Dining Table Smoked

Smoked oak, 180cm long, with room for eight to pass the bowls.

Six friends were expected; eight arrived. The potatoes went left when everyone else was passing right, and the salad came back up the other side empty. By the time the dishes were stacked at the end, nobody could remember who brought the second dessert.

The table

The Craft Dining Table in Smoked, which we sell from our showroom in Ballincollig, is the darker of the two 180cm Craft tables: oak and oak-veneered MDF with a smoked finish, a simple top and a shaped underframe. It’s listed to seat eight.

• Listed to seat eight
• 180cm long, 95cm deep, 75cm high
• Oak and oak-veneered MDF, smoked finish
• Legs 120cm apart, set in from the ends
• Legs fit at home; one box, around 45kg packed

Eight at 180cm

Eight people at about 60cm each is three a side and one at each end. At 95cm across, there’s room for a line of serving dishes down the middle with everyone’s plate still clear of the edge. Leave around 90cm behind each chair for getting in and out.

Around it

The Craft 4 Door Sideboard in Smoked is the same height as the table, 75cm, so dishes move across at one level between courses. The Craft Cocktail Cabinet in Smoked keeps the glasses nearby. For seating, the Craft Dining Bench comes in Natural and Smoked.

Could we put a bench down one side?
Yes. The Craft bench is 165cm long and seats two or three, which suits the side against a wall.

Is it heavy?
Around 45kg packed. Two people to carry it in; after that, only the legs go on.

Any question, any at all: email info@mulberryhouse.ie and a person in the showroom will answer it.
