Craft Folding Dining Table Smoked

A metre-wide round oak table in a smoked finish, listed to seat four: that’s the Craft Folding Dining Table in Smoked, from the Craft range we sell in Ballincollig. It works two ways: as the one table in a small kitchen, or as the second table that comes out when more people land at once than the main table can take.

The extra-seat question

Every family has a number past which the main table gives up. Four is fine, six is tight, and then somebody brings a new partner and it’s seven. A second table that folds answers that without committing a corner of the room to it all year.

It’s 75cm high, the same as the Craft dining tables, so pushed up to the end of one it makes a longer run at the same height. Being round, it won’t sit flush against them; set it a little apart as a second table instead.

Room to sit four

Chairs want about 90cm behind them to pull out, so four chairs in use take a clear square of roughly 2.8m. Shared between four, the edge gives each person about 78cm, comfortably over the 60cm most people use.

What goes with it

Allow around four weeks. Delivered across Cork and nationwide, or collected from the showroom in Ballincollig at no charge. We’ll confirm your delivery date before you pay. Republic of Ireland only.

Can it join onto our main table?
At 75cm high it matches the Craft dining tables. Other tables vary, so measure yours first.

Natural or Smoked?
The same table in two finishes: the smoked is the darker, the Natural the paler.
