Forden Tray Side Table Black

Mid-century lines, a tray edge, and it comes in two colours.

The Forden comes in Black and Grey, and the only question is which one your room is. This is the Black: a mid-century-inspired tray side table, 55cm square and 60cm high, in MDF with a metal frame and a raised tray edge round the top. The Grey is the same table in a softer tone for a paler room. Either way it stands at lamp height, above a sofa arm, and the tray edge means a drink set down when people come over isn't going anywhere.

Black or grey?

Same table, same price, same size. Black for a room with dark lamps and frames; grey for a softer, lighter room. The shape is the same in both.

What is it made of?

MDF with a metal frame, finished in black. The top has a tray edge.

Is 60cm a sofa height?

It's above a sofa arm. Think of it as a lamp table or a supper-and-drinks table beside an armchair.

Does it need building?

Yes, assembly is required. It arrives in one flat box, 60 × 60 × 10.5cm, 8kg.

Is it a round or a square top?

The top is 55cm square with a raised tray edge.

What goes with it. The Forden Tray Side Table in Grey, and the other tray-topped tables here: the Belmonte in mango wood and the Menzies with its weathered top.
