Fraser Floor Lamp

Brushed gold stem, natural linen shade, and the sofa corner finished.

The dining table is still covered in glasses but nobody is at it. They are on the sofa, two on the floor, one in the armchair, and the only light at that end of the room is a linen shade on a slim gold stem, warm and low, beside the arm of the sofa.

The Fraser is a floor lamp in steel with a satin brushed gold effect plate and a natural linen effect fabric shade, 30cm across and 166.5cm tall. It takes one E27 bulb, switches on the cable, and arrives in two boxes, base and shade. It is a straightforward shaded lamp for the end of a sofa, which is to say the lamp most sitting rooms are missing.

Is the bulb included?

No. One 40W E27 GLS or LED equivalent; a warm white LED suits the linen.

Is it dimmable?

No. The inline switch is on or off.

Does it need assembly?

Base and shade come separately and go together by hand, without tools.

Will gold go with brass handles?

Brushed gold and brass sit happily together; both are warm metals.

What goes with it

No other Fraser pieces are in this range. A lamp table around 50cm high beside it, and a sofa with an arm to lean on, is all it needs.

A brushed gold plate reads warmer in a room than on a phone, so you might see the lighting range at Heritage Walk, The Quadrants, Ballincollig, Co. Cork, P31 W968. Monday to Saturday, 9.30am–5pm; closed Sundays; no appointment. Get directions.

Lead time is around four weeks. Delivered across Cork and nationwide, or collected from the showroom in Ballincollig at no charge, and your delivery date is confirmed with you before you pay.

Any question, any at all: email info@mulberryhouse.ie and a person in the showroom will answer it.
