Hansen Floor Lamp Antique Brass

Antique brass and clear glass, angled over the drinks tray.

Paul’s pro tip: a clear glass shade is really a bulb on show, so buy the bulb as carefully as the lamp. A large filament LED at 2200K to 2700K fills the glass and glows amber; a small frosted bulb in the same shade looks unfinished.

The Hansen in antique brass is an adjustable floor lamp in brass plated steel with a clear glass shade and knurled detail on the lamp holder, 28cm wide, 46cm deep and 152cm tall. A knuckle joint sets the angle and a foot switch on the cable turns it on. It takes one E27 bulb and is the lamp for the corner where the drinks live, so that when people come over the bottles are lit and the ceiling is not.
