“Will two chairs this size crowd our table?” It’s the right thing to ask about the Ivorra in grey, a generous chair for a smaller home, and you’re welcome to bring your table measurements to our Ballincollig showroom and work it out with us. There are two chairs in the box, and the measurements are for one. Each is 58cm wide and 61.5cm deep. Allowing roughly 60cm of table edge per person, an Ivorra uses nearly all of its share, so a 120cm side takes two comfortably and a third won’t go.

Add about 90cm behind the chair to pull it out and sit down. In a narrow kitchen, that’s often the number that decides it.

Trying to fit three along a shorter side? Then the Ivorra isn’t the chair for it: at 51.5cm wide, the Kelvedon leaves a little more air between places.

The seat is 52cm, higher than most. Bring the height of your table in with you, try a few of our dining chairs at different heights, and you’ll know within a minute what suits. Once they’re home

New upholstery settles: the seat can feel firmer at first and relax over a few weeks. The legs fit on at home, so it’s worth checking the fixings again after a month of use; a quarter turn is usually all they want.

Delivery

Allow around four weeks. Delivered across Cork and nationwide, or collected from the showroom in Ballincollig at no charge. We’ll confirm your delivery date before you pay.

Will it tuck under my table? Check the gap beneath your tabletop, apron included. The seat is 52cm, and knees want room above that.
