Kastoria Armchair

An armchair 131cm wide: room for one with a book and a blanket.

The Kastoria Armchair is 131cm wide, 114cm deep and 81cm high, in Euphoria Silver, a pale silver-grey. Soft, rounded arms and a deep, low seat give it the look of something you sink into rather than sit up on. It matches the Kastoria 3 Seater, and on its own it is the chair that tends to get claimed first.

The photograph shows the Kastoria in a paler fabric from the range; the fabric we keep for it is Euphoria Silver.

Honestly: at 131cm wide and 114cm deep it takes the floor of a small sofa. For a corner, look at the Parga Swivel Chair at 102cm.

Which fabric is it in?

In Euphoria Silver, a pale silver-grey, the fabric we keep for the Kastoria. The same shape can be ordered in over 30 other fabrics. The swatches are in the showroom, and Paul will talk you through them.

Will it fit my room?

131cm wide by 114cm deep and 81cm high, so allow a little over a metre of floor once you add room for your feet. Measure the doorway before you order.

Will two people fit?

It is a wide single chair rather than a two-seater. A parent and a small child, yes; two adults, the Prygos 2 Seater is the better choice.

What it's made of

• Fabric: 100% polyester, rated to 100,000 rubs (Martindale)
• Seat: high-density 32D foam over pocket springs, with a Dacron fibre layer
• Back: high-density 25D foam cushions
• Frame: plywood, with zig-zag springs and webbing

Dimensions

The rest of the Kastoria range

The same shape and fabrics come as the Kastoria 3 Seater Sofa (€1,815), so the room can be built a piece at a time.
