A round 110cm oak table on a sculptural base, with four places.

Your mother is driving over from Cork city for lunch, and your brother is bringing his two. The grown-ups take the four places at the table, the small ones eat at the counter, and the conversation goes across the table with nobody stuck at a corner. Somewhere over the tea, somebody asks whether there’s room for one more.

The Korsa Dining Table is the table in that picture: 110cm round, in natural oak and oak veneer, with rubberwood and MDF, on a sculptural base. It seats four, and that’s the honest number. We sell it from our showroom in Ballincollig.

What it is

  • Round top, 110cm across, in natural oak and oak veneer
  • Rubberwood and MDF in the construction
  • Four places
  • Only the legs to attach
  • Packed weight 30kg, in one box

Numbers

Dimension mm cm
Diameter 1,100 110
Height 760 76
Clearance under the top 720 72

At 76cm it’s a centimetre taller than many dining tables, and 72cm of clearance leaves good room for knees. For the room, allow the 110cm plus about 90cm each side to pull chairs out: around 2.9m across.

Chairs for it

Four chairs, in whatever mix you like. Browse the dining chairs; with a pale oak top, upholstered or black-legged chairs both work.

Round tables in person

A round top is easiest judged sitting down, so sit down at one of ours when you’re in; ask about the Korsa and we’ll tell you whether it’s out that week. Heritage Walk, The Quadrants, Ballincollig, Co. Cork, P31 W968. Monday to Saturday, 9.30am–5pm. Closed Sundays. No appointment needed; nobody will hurry you. Get directions

Delivery

Allow around four weeks. Delivered across Cork and nationwide, or collected from the showroom in Ballincollig at no charge. We’ll confirm your delivery date before you pay.

Asked about the Korsa

Can five squeeze in? For coffee and cake, possibly; a round top has no corners to fight over. For dinner, four. Honestly: if the extra-seat question comes up every week, an extending table will do more for you. The Madison Round Extending opens from 120cm to 160cm.

Will my chairs go under a 76cm top? Most dining chairs with a seat around 45–48cm sit comfortably under it, with 72cm of knee room below the top.

Any question, any at all: email info@mulberryhouse.ie and a person in the showroom will answer it.

Four chairs, no corners, one conversation.
