The Maddox Round Dining Table is 90cm across and black all over: a black oak veneer top on black timber legs, with rubberwood in the construction. It’s a four-seater for a kitchen corner, an apartment or a dining room that isn’t large, and if you’re near Ballincollig, drop into the showroom with your room measurements.

Everyone within reach

A round table this size puts four friends close enough to pass the salad without standing up. There’s no end to be stuck at and no middle to shout across. Around the edge, each person gets about 70cm, which is more than the usual 60cm, and the bowl in the middle is a short reach for everyone.

Floor space

Allow about 90cm around the table for chairs to pull out: a clear space of roughly 2.7m by 2.7m.

Delivery

Allow around four weeks. Delivered across Cork and nationwide, or collected from the showroom in Ballincollig at no charge. We’ll confirm your delivery date before you pay.

Q&A

Will four really fit? Four, comfortably. A fifth is a squeeze.

Does black show everything? Dust and fingerprints show on a dark top more than on a pale one; a soft dry cloth keeps it right.

Does it extend? No. For six, look at the Madison Round Extending: 120cm round, and 160cm long with its leaves out.
