• A matching coffee table, and a natural oak version with clear glass

The Moran in Black is the table on this page that sits level with a sofa arm. At 45cm the smoked glass top meets the arm of most sofas, so when people come over the glass goes down from the hand without a thought. The base is solid oak, finished black; the top is tempered smoked glass, 40cm across. It arrives flat, which means the stairs are no obstacle, and it builds in one sitting with the tools in the box.

What's the glass?

Tempered smoked glass, on a solid oak base in a black finish.

Is 45cm level with a sofa arm?

For most sofas, yes, or just under. It's the lowest of the oak tables here and the one for a glass set down from the sofa without looking.

How much work is the assembly?

It's a flat pack with full assembly, but the tools are in the box and it's a small table. One sitting.

Is there a lighter version?

Yes: natural oak with a clear glass top, and a matching coffee table in both finishes.

How heavy is it?

4.55kg built. The box is flat, 46 × 58 × 9.5cm.
