Oregon Side Table

A low triangle of dark mango wood, light enough to move when the chairs do.

The Oregon is a triangular side table in solid mango wood, 70cm wide, 53cm deep and 36cm high, with a patinated, laminated base set at an angle and hollow underneath. The hollow is what makes it useful: at 15kg it moves. When people come over and the room rearranges itself, the Oregon goes to the end of whichever sofa needs it, low enough that glasses are set down rather than reached for. The finish is a dark wood.

Is it heavy?

No. The angled base is hollow underneath, so it's 15kg and easy to move around, which is unusual for a table this size.

What shape is it?

Triangular, 70cm wide and 53cm deep, with a patinated, laminated base set at an angle.

Is 36cm too low beside a sofa?

It sits well below a sofa arm, so it's not a flush side table. It's a low table for the end of a sofa or beside a low chair, where the glass is set down rather than reached across.

Does it need assembling?

No. One box, ready.

Is there a matching coffee table?

Yes, in the same dark mango wood with the same angled base.
