A 170cm oak sideboard that stands level with the table top.

Every weekly dinner has a moment when the table is full and the dishes still want somewhere to go. The Craft 4 Door Sideboard in Natural is 170cm of oak and oak-veneered MDF with four doors and adjustable shelves, from the Craft range we supply from Ballincollig across Cork.

How big is it?

Dimension mm cm
Width 1,700 170
Depth 450 45
Height 750 75
Clearance to floor 200 20
Cupboard, inside width 813 81.3
Cupboard, inside depth 400 40
Cupboard, inside height 506 50.6

170cm long, 45cm deep and 75cm high, on legs that lift it 20cm off the floor. Leave room in front for the doors to swing open.

Why the same height as the table?

The Craft dining tables are 75cm high too, so the serving dishes go from sideboard to table at the same height, and the two read as one line across the room.

What fits inside?

The cupboard space is listed at 81.3cm wide, 40cm deep and 50.6cm high inside, with adjustable shelves, so stacked dinner plates, serving dishes and the big bowls all have a place.

How is it made?

Oak and oak-veneered MDF in the Natural finish, with finger joints on the exposed corners. An anti-topple kit is included.

Does it arrive in one piece?

In one box, around 65.6kg packed. Two people to carry it; after that, only the legs go on.

What sits well with it?

The Craft Dining Table in Natural or the Craft Extending Dining Table in Natural in front of it, and the Craft Cocktail Cabinet in Natural beside it if the wall is long enough for both.

Does it take much looking after?

A new door is a little stiffer at first and loosens with use. Oak moves slightly with the heating, which is normal. A damp cloth for spills, and a mat under anything hot.

Can I see it before buying?

The showroom is at Heritage Walk, The Quadrants, Ballincollig, Co. Cork, P31 W968. We can show you the Natural finish either way; if the sideboard itself isn’t on the floor that week, we’ll talk you through it and order it in. Monday to Saturday, 9.30am–5pm; closed Sundays. No appointment needed; nobody will hurry you. Get directions

Can we collect it ourselves?
