Hatfield Console Table Natural

Light oak legs, a narrow top, and a hall that feels wider.

Honestly: if you want drawers, this isn't the one. The Hatfield is an open console, legs and a top, and that openness is what makes a tight hall feel wider. For the same width with two drawers, look at the Camden.

The Hatfield is a slim console in oak veneer, oak and rubber wood with a natural finish, 110cm wide, 35cm deep and 75cm high. The legs are oak veneer; the whole thing is 14kg, so it's an easy carry up a stairs to a landing. It's the plainest kind of hall table, which is why it works: a lamp, a bowl for the keys, and on the night, a tray of glasses.

Is it oak?

An oak frame with oak veneer legs and rubber wood in the build. The natural finish shows the oak grain.

Will it feel flimsy at 14kg?

It's light to carry, not light to lean on. The legs are fixed firm and the anti-topple kit is in the box for fixing it back to the wall.

What's the assembly?

Legs only. Ten minutes.

Is there a darker version?

Yes. The Hatfield in a smoked finish is on its own page, and that one has a shelf.

What goes with it

The Hatfield Console Table Smoked is the darker version with a shelf. For the sofa end, the Malvern Nest of 2 Tables is in the same natural oak family.
