Hudson Console Table Champagne

Champagne frame, glass and mirror shelves, for the paler hall.

The champagne Hudson is the bronze Hudson in a lighter metal: the same 100cm by 35cm by 75cm console, the same tempered glass top and mirror glass shelf, 16.45kg, with a powder-coated champagne finish instead of vintage bronze and gold leaf. Bronze belongs with dark walls and deep colours; champagne is for the pale hall, the grey room, the house that runs to soft neutrals, where a dark frame would be the one heavy thing. Both throw the same light off the mirror shelf.

Is champagne gold or silver?

Between the two: a soft, pale gold with the brightness taken out. It's warmer than silver and quieter than gold.

What's the finish on the metal?

Powder coated, which is a hard, even coating that resists chipping better than paint.

How do I clean the mirror shelf?

Glass cleaner and a soft cloth. Fingerprints and rings show, so a wipe before company is the habit.

Does it need building?

Full assembly from one box; the anti-topple kit is included.

What goes with it

The Hudson Console Table Bronze is the darker twin. The Rowe Nest of Two Tables Gold brings a warm metal and glass to the sofa end.
