Malvern 1 Drawer Console

One drawer, solid oak and veneers, 100cm; the hall sorted quietly.

The Malvern is a 100cm console in solid oak and oak veneers with a natural finish, 36cm deep and 75cm high, with a single drawer and dark drawer pulls. There's 54cm clear beneath. It's the hall table for a house that doesn't want to shout: oak grain, one drawer for the post and keys, and on the night a lamp and a tray of glasses while the coats go on the hooks.

Is it solid oak?

Solid oak and oak veneer, with rubberwood and MDF in the construction. The grain you see is oak, with a natural finish.

How big is the drawer?

One full-width drawer in a 36cm-deep console: post, keys, gloves, chargers. Not the hoover.

Will it fit a narrow hall?

At 100cm wide and 36cm deep it's one of the smaller consoles here, so it suits a hall where 110cm or 120cm would crowd the door.

What assembly is there?

Legs and feet only. The anti-topple kit is in the box; the table is 22kg.

What goes with it

The Malvern Nest of 2 Tables is made in the same oak for the sofa end. For a longer wall in the same family, the Craft Console Table Natural runs to 140cm.
