Milano Console Table

Lighter chevron oak, no drawers, the simpler version at 120cm.

The Milano console is the two-drawer Milano without the drawers: the same 120cm by 38cm by 80cm table, the same oak chevron inlay top and matt brushed-grain lacquer, at 15kg instead of 27. Losing the drawers makes it lighter in two ways: easier to carry up to a landing, and more open to look at, with air under the top. If you want the post and keys hidden, the drawer version is the one; if the hall has a cupboard already and you want the chevron to do the talking, this is it.

Why would I choose this over the drawer version?

Weight, openness and price. It's half the weight, it looks lighter against a wall, and the drawers are the part you're not paying for.

Is the top the same?

Yes, the same oak chevron inlay in the same matt lacquer, with the knots and brushed grain.

Will it work behind a sofa?

At 80cm high it suits a sofa back of around 85cm; the chevron top shows well from above.

What's the assembly?

Legs and feet only, from one box of 15kg.

What goes with it

The Milano 2 Drawer Console Table is the version with storage. The coordinating Milano mirror is made for either; ask us about it.
