Boho Retreat Coffee Table

Warm brown timbers, and space in the middle for the cheese board.

The Boho Retreat is the brown twin of the Boho Boutique: the same 90cm square, the same 40cm height, the same solid mango with veneers of teak, mahogany, mindi ash and mango. Where the Boutique goes matt black, the Retreat keeps a brown finish, so the contrast between the timbers and the inlaid pattern is warmer and easier to see from across the room. If your floor and furniture are already dark, the Retreat lifts the middle of the room; if they're pale, the Boutique gives it weight.

What's the difference between the two Boho tables?

Colour and finish. The Retreat is brown with the inlaid pattern clear in the grain; the Boutique is matt black charcoal with a fretwork frieze round a tray-style top. Size and timbers are the same.

Does it need assembly?

Yes, it needs some assembly, and it comes in a single box at 18kg packed, which is manageable for two.

Will brown clash with oak floors?

Mixed timbers usually sit kindly with oak, because there's already more than one tone in the table. If you like, bring a photo of the floor and we'll talk it through with you.

Is 40cm a good height for drinks?

It sits at or just below most sofa seats, which is where a coffee table is easiest to reach from. Measure your seat cushion; within a few centimetres is comfortable.

What goes with it

For the hall or the wall behind the sofa there's the Boho Retreat Console Table in the same brown.
