The Highgrove round extending table is 120cm across, opens to 160cm long, and seats four to six. It shares the Peroba finish, the mindi solids and veneers, and the marquetry and book-matched inlay of the larger Highgrove table, in a size that suits a kitchen-diner or a smaller dining room. One conversation, not two

A round table does something a long one can’t: everyone can see everyone. The weekly dinner where the whole family sits down at once stays one conversation, because nobody is out of earshot at the far end. When the older ones are home and it’s six instead of four, the butterfly centre leaves go in and the table grows to 160cm.

Measure the room

Leave about 90cm clear all round so chairs can slide back. Closed, a space of around 3m by 3m does it; extended, you’ll want about 3.4m in one direction. Once open, the table is longer than it is wide.

What it goes with

The Highgrove chair in Dove velvet is made for this range. In a smaller room, the Highgrove two-door sideboard at one metre wide keeps the match without crowding; with more wall to fill, the three-door version runs to 170cm.

Allow around four weeks. We deliver across Cork and nationwide, or you can collect from the showroom in Ballincollig at no charge. We’ll confirm your delivery date before you pay.
