Monte Cristo 6 Drawer Chest

Six drawers for two people’s clothes, and a long top for the things you keep out.

The Monte Cristo 6 Drawer Chest is the wide chest in the range: 130cm across, 45cm deep and 85cm high. It is the sort of piece a couple shares, one side each, with a long top for a lamp, a tray and a framed photo or two.

Honestly: it’s 130cm long and 48kg, so it wants a wall of its own and two people to carry it.

What height is the top?

85cm, roughly waist height, which makes it a good place to fold clothes and to stand a mirror.

Is there anything narrower?

The 3 drawer chest is 80cm wide, and the 5 drawer tallboy is 60cm wide and 115cm tall.

What goes with it. Opposite the rattan bed or fabric bed, with the Monte Cristo mirror hung above it.
