The Wycombe Extending Dining Table is oak, solid and veneered, 150cm long most of the time and 200cm when more people come. It seats six to eight; we’re in Ballincollig, near Cork city, if you’d like to talk it through.

Plan the room for the open length. Two metres of table plus about 90cm at each end to pull a chair out comes to 3.8m, and 90cm by the sides makes it 2.7m wide.
How many can it seat?
Six when it’s closed, eight when it’s open.
How does it extend?

Is the kitchen the right room for it?
Often, yes. The kitchen is where most evenings happen anyway, so the table that lives there takes the most use. Closed at 150cm, it leaves room to cook and move about; opened, it takes the overflow when a Saturday turns into a full house and nobody wants to decamp to the good room.
What does the oak look like?
Natural oak colour, from solid oak and oak veneers, with the grain on show. It pairs just as happily with the black pieces in the range as with oak ones.
Does it need assembly?
Yes. It comes in one box, around 50kg packed.
What goes with it?
The Wycombe chairs in black make a sharp contrast with the oak top. The Wycombe bench takes one long side when three more places are wanted. The sideboard keeps the plates within reach.

How does delivery work?
Allow around four weeks. Delivered across Cork and nationwide, or collected from the showroom in Ballincollig at no charge. We’ll confirm your delivery date before you pay.
