Hawking Bar Stool Green (Set of 2)

Deep green stools for the island, with matching chairs for the table.

The Hawking stool in green is sold as two, and each measurement below is for one stool. It belongs to the Hawking range, which also comes as a dining chair in green, so the island and the table can belong to each other. The seat sits at 65cm, the right height for a standard kitchen counter, and you can ask about the whole range at our Ballincollig showroom.

The island before dinner, the table after

On the night everyone comes over, the island is where people land first: someone on potato duty, someone else hunting for the corkscrew. Two stools at the counter give them a seat without borrowing one from the table. When the food goes down, everyone moves across, and in a Hawking kitchen the chairs waiting there have the same curve.

Deep green tends to sit well with oak and warm timber, and it gives a white kitchen a bit of weight. Only you can tell if it suits yours; email us first and we’ll let you know whether there’s green to look at in the showroom.

Measure the counter first

A 65cm seat suits a counter of about 90cm, with 25cm or so between seat and worktop. A bar-height counter of 100–110cm is a different stool altogether, so measure yours before you fall for the colour.

Pieces that go with it

To carry the green through to the table, the Hawking dining chair in green is the obvious partner. If you’d rather the island does the talking and the table stays quieter, the charcoal or brown Hawking chairs keep the shape and change the tone.

Find us at Heritage Walk, The Quadrants, Ballincollig, Co. Cork, P31 W968, about 10 minutes from Cork city. Ask about the Hawking colours when you’re in; if there’s no green stool on the floor, we can still go through it with you and order a pair. Monday to Saturday, 9.30am–5pm. Closed Sundays. Delivery and collection

Allow around four weeks. Delivered across Cork and nationwide, or collected from the showroom in Ballincollig at no charge. We’ll confirm your delivery date before you pay.

Is the green the same on the stool and the chair?
Both are listed as Green in the Hawking range. If an exact match matters, email us and we’ll check before you order.

Could four fit at our island?
Each stool is 48cm wide, so four want roughly two metres of counter to sit without bumping.

Can they go outside?
No, they’re listed for indoor use.
